CCTV camera, favela, industry headquarters…
Pulling back a bit from the CCTV camera, I got a great view of the way the favela is sandwiched between the Catholic University and the massive headquarters of the industry federation of Parana state on the other side of the main road. The Brazilian flag waves lazily over the scene.
